Plumbing is the main trade. Being a local owner-operated business, we also take on the small repairs around it: caulk, drywall, tile, doors and hardware.
The leak got fixed. The hole in the ceiling is still there.
Plumbing problems leave other jobs behind: a stained ceiling, a cut-out in the drywall, caulk that has gone black, a tile that came loose. Each one is too small to call a contractor for, so they sit.
We'd rather finish the job. If we're already at your house, we can usually take care of the small repairs in the same visit, or come back for a short list of them.

Drywall After a Leak
Access holes and water-damaged sections cut out, patched and finished ready for paint. We make sure the leak behind it is actually fixed first.

Doors that stick or won't latch, loose hinges and handles, cabinet doors that hang crooked, towel bars and grab bars fastened into something solid.

We work through the list in a sensible order and clean up after each job, not just at the end.

You see each item done. If something turned out to need another trade, we say so plainly.

Remodels, roofing, and anything that needs a licensed electrician or another specialist trade. If your job is outside what we handle, we'll say so before anyone drives out.
Yes. A short list of small repairs is a fine reason to call on its own.
We finish a drywall patch smooth and ready for paint. Matching existing paint depends on having the original colour, so tell us if you have the tin and we'll talk about it.
No. One sticking door or one bead of caulk is worth a call. Saving up a few small jobs for one visit is usually the most economical way to do it.
