Water Heater Repair
Elements, thermostats, relief valves, leaking connections and pilot problems. If the tank itself is sound, a repair usually gets the hot water back without replacing anything big.
- PARTS, NOT THE WHOLE TANK
- ANY MAKE
Tank and tankless water heaters repaired where it makes sense and replaced when it doesn't. You get a plain answer on which one yours is.
Sample photoWater heaters rarely quit without warning. The hot water runs out sooner, the tank rumbles, there's rust in the water or a damp patch underneath. Then one morning there's nothing.
Some of those are a part: a heating element, a thermostat, a valve. Some mean the tank is done. We check which it is and tell you, so you're not sold a new heater when a repair would do, or patching one that's about to leak.
One of these is reason enough to call. Jarol sees them all regularly.
The right call depends on the age of the heater and what failed. We'll tell you what we'd do if it were our house.

Sediment settles in the bottom of every tank. Flushing it out cuts the rumbling, helps the heater recover faster, and is the cheapest way to get more years out of it.

When the tank is leaking or too far gone, we replace it with one sized for the household and take the old one away. If you're considering tankless, we'll tell you honestly whether your house suits it.
A picture of the unit and its label tells us the type, size and age before we arrive, and often narrows down what's wrong.
We test before deciding. If a repair makes sense, we do it. If it doesn't, we explain why and what a replacement involves.
We run it up to temperature, check every connection for leaks, and show you the shutoff and the settings before we go.

It depends on its age and what failed. A bad element or thermostat on a sound tank is worth repairing. A tank that is leaking from the body can't be repaired and needs replacing. We'll tell you which you have.
Not sure which one you need? Start on the homepage or send a photo of the job and we'll point you the right way.
Send a photo of the heater and its label if you can. We'll tell you whether it sounds like a repair or a replacement.
A few details and a photo of the job are all Jarol needs to get started. You will hear back by call or text.
